Financial: bank or e-wallet details, crypto wallet address, transaction history
Gameplay: bets, results, bonuses, IP, device and browser fingerprint

(a) Contract performance — opening and operating your account. (b) Legal obligation — KYC, AML, tax and responsible-gaming rules. (c) Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, security. (d) Consent — marketing, withdrawable at any time.

4. Retention

For as long as your account is active plus 5 years (AML statutory requirement). Marketing data until consent withdrawal. Cookies retain between 30 days and 12 months depending on type.
