Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions governing the casino and sportsbook services operated by Fiery Holdings N.V. (‘the Operator’) under Curacao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/812/0612. By using the Fiery Play service you accept these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

To register you must (a) be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity in your jurisdiction, (b) provide accurate and verifiable identity information, (c) not be on a self-exclusion register at Fiery Play or any partner platform.

3. KYC and AML

The Operator may request identity documents at any time and must verify them before the first withdrawal. We comply with EU AML Directives 5 and 6 and equivalent local rules.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Minimum deposit is €20 (cards / e-wallets) or €30 equivalent (crypto). Minimum withdrawal is €30 (cards / e-wallets) or €50 equivalent (crypto / Interac / Pix). Daily limits scale with VIP tier from €5,000 to €100,000.

5. Bonus terms

Wagering on bonuses is 35x bonus only (deposit not locked) unless stated otherwise. Maximum bet during wagering is €5 per spin or hand. Bonus validity is 21 days. Only one active bonus is allowed per account.

6. Account closure and inactivity

Players may close their accounts at any time by request. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months are subject to a monthly €5 dormant account fee, deductible only from any remaining balance.

7. Responsible gaming

The Operator reserves the right to apply immediate self-exclusion at the player’s request. Helplines and resources are listed on the Responsible Gaming page.

8. Dispute resolution

Disputes that cannot be resolved with our support team can be escalated to the Curacao Gaming Control Board (gamingcontrolcuracao.org) or to the independent ADR provider eCOGRA.
